Product is not as pictured. I received either a different headset, or a mismatch of pieces. Headset was also only shipped in a plastic bag, and when opened, the box containing the headset had been smashed and ball bearings were coming out of their settings.

Good quality. This uses ball bearings not sealed, but still feel good and resistance.
