A work well for what you need it for there’s one size doesn’t work for it will work for a small side, medium size but if you have an extra large, can it does not work.

It has greatly increased the space in our recycling bin by compressing the plastic drink bottles. Installation was fairly easy. I had to use good anchors since I was not able to install on a stud. It's very sturdy and fairly easy to use. Pepsi 16 oz bottles can be a little difficult to insert since the are taller than Coke bottles, which fit perfectly. All you have to do it bend them slightly before inserting. Very pleased.

Crushers pop cans squeezes water bottles easily. I have not mounted mine on the wall,just put a foot on the end and crush.

The device itself works very smoothly and is quite satisfying. My only preference is if there were more slide guides that boxed your item in better because if your item buckles towards its supports you get a really nice puck outwards you get something that is still more space effective but not the best. Can send up roughly 4 cm tall when crushed, the ones that crush small cans do flatter but this fits tall boy and energy drink cans in my case monster, does not fit peace tea.TLDR; Highly recommended for the usage of tall cans not for normal cans. There is better.

We installed this against the wall of our garage with a 2x4 behind it, to ensure sturdiness. It’s perfect for crushing cans and accumulating more before we have to make a trip to the recycle depot.

Only had it a few days, seems to work OK. I would have gave 5 stars but the handle will not stay in the upright position making it a bit of a pain when you have your hands full of cans and are trying feed/operate it at the same time. Easy to install. I like that they centered two mounting holes so you can easily hit studs in the wall.

Like many ( and as an engineer), before buying a Can Crusher, I was concern about durability & sturdiness - especially after reading reviews of lower price crushers with high failure.1. After crushing a few cans, I notice some slight resistance on the slider so I added some lithium grease (any type would most likely be OK). A solid mount is important (screws are provided). As always, "denting" the can before crushing makes it easier (create a weak point).2. I crushed 100+ cans in my first use ( including "Tall Boys" beer) - work perfectly. To further test sturdiness, I stacked two crushed cans & crushed them together seen in 3rd picture (probably not recommended operation). The device functioned with no problem & the rivets did not fail nor did the arms bend. This was done to give me some confidence. Crushing a Perrier platic bottle (they are more rigid) was no problem - ensure the cap is unscrewed to release air.Pictures: 1st- ONE can crushed; 2nd- two "ONE can crushed" stacked (before crushing); 3rd- two "ONE can crushed" CRUSHED!; 4th- plastic bottle crushed
