This Godox flash is great to use on-camera or as a remote flash when paired with a trigger. The rechargeable battery is an awesome upgrade from having to replace AAs constantly. It lasts for several hours of heavy usage as well, so most shoots you will only need the one battery. This flash is powerful enough to light up even the darkest scenes and can be adjusted to compensate for different lenses. The trigger sync seems to be reliable for remote use although I haven’t used that much. I wish the carry case also fit the charger for the battery. I also wish the flash was more rotatable than it is. While it is compact, it does add a bit of weight to the camera so keep that in mind. Still, the features included are more than enough for a new photographer like myself that is just beginning to wrap my head around professional flash photography.

Great so far. Easy to setup and use on my Nikon 850d.
