An avid cook and I cannot believe I’ve never used these. Great size and comes with accessory that makes cleaning a breeze and I do dread cleanup. Cuts prep time way down. I’ll be gifting these to my friends who also spend a lot of time in the kitchen

The kitchen shears in this set are very strong— they snipped right through some rose stems which usually take my old kitchen shears several tries. The herb shears work well on delicate items but when I abused them and tried to snip through some sandwich-cut pickles (about 3 mm thick) the pickles just kind of got crimped by the blades. If you don’t have a lot of kitchen space I might skip these but if you’ve got room in your kitchen drawer I’d get them.

They are very well made and sturdy. The regular scissors are big where you you put your hand but it fits fine in the grasp. Very well made and will last a very long time. The herb scissors are great, each set's blades meet tightly, and they cut smoothly and easily. I do not have one complaint about them.

I wanted to LOVE this product but it’s just OK. When I attempt to cut herbs they get caught in the blades making it a little hard to cut them as small as I would like. Cleaning is ok as well as it’s hard to get the stuck herbs off the blades at times

The regular scissors are great & they match my kitchen so I’m happy. I’ve also used the ribbed part in the center to cut wine bottle wrapper.. I didn’t expect the herb cutters to work seamlessly & they are what I expected. I’ve only used them twice so maybe I need to get use to them but I’m more of a minimalist when it comes to kitchen gadgets so I never had an issue mincing herbs with a small knife. The issues I have with the herb scissors is they don’t feel smooth when cutting so it’s difficult on my hand to push open & close while cutting. Yes a lot of herbs get caught in the cracks but if you keep cutting they get pushed out but some herbs stay in there. I happen to have a small long bristle brush that is perfect for brushing them out but without that they would be wasted. So it did cut the herbs fast. It’s also challenging to clean but again I have that brush...you could use a toothbrush maybe. I would imagine any brand of these scissors to work the same but idk.
