Product seems fine for the few time used. But after two three months. The coating start changed color and seems a little sticky. I guess price is good but the lifespan of the product is not as long as I expected

This is my first time ever seeing a pan like this. That being said, I had to get my hands on one to try it out. I love to cook, I love to bake, I love to experiment. So this was definitely a must have.One thing I did notice when using this was just how fast the cooking process was. Preheating the pan was a little more than half the time it takes to preheat a regular pan on the stove. It didn't take nearly as long to cook the usual stuff, very noticeable in eggs, pancakes, bacon, etc.Well the pan got hot fast, so did the handles. Unfortunately there are no protective materials on the handles themselves. No rubber, no plastic, no wood, just the same metal as the rest of the pan. So please take caution when handling, as it will be hot.While the pan is very thin, it is also surprisingly very durable. No issues with placing it on the stove no issues with placing it on the stove with no issues with The overall cooking process, it took the weight of the rest of my pans after I put them all in the cupboard, and so far there have been no noticeable dents, bends or damage.I definitely think this is a good addition to any kitchen, but specifically a very interesting addition to those who like to use the normal pots and pans and want to try something new. Like I said, this is a must-have, and I recommend it to anyone, chef or no chef.

Boy this is perfect size, works on grill, smoker, stove top, camping open flame.Cooking is not limited on this, stir fry, quick sear, meat, fish, endless...Heats up quick, handles also, very well made, easy to clean.Definitely recommend at two of these...
