Increasing the performance of your vehicles braking system is easy when you choose Hawk Performance’s HPS braking compound. This unique Ferro-Carbon formula was developed for street performance using the safety and quality of Aerospace and Motorsports severe-duty friction technology. The High Performance Street compound offers a higher coefficient of friction over stock brake pads and can provide you 20-40 percent more stopping power and higher resistance to brake fade than most standard replacement pads. Less fade means you’ll have a highly durable brake pad with less brake dust.

I've been putting Hawk HPS pads on my cars for years. They are superb performers for enthusiastic driving and even work well for the occasional track day. Hawk is one of those companies that just makes good products, consistently

Worked for a 2005 LGT. I think they're better than the first gen HPS pads.

Excellent. The braking power is great, feels more controllable and positive than any other pads I've used. Totally silent. Mine are on a 2003 WRX. Never experienced any fade but haven't pushed them very hard yet on the street or in a race.

Pads are great! 5 star review for the pads. Work awesome on the track. 2 star review for amazon. I had my buddy purchase these via prime so they would arrive when i needed them. Listing was for new pads. I received an obviously open box item with all the cut up packaging still left in side. The brake pads were loose in the box and rattling around. I could hear them banging against each other as soon as i got my package. The supplied brake grease was also broke open and is not supposed to contact the pad material. I wasn't to happy about that. Reluctantly I still used them. I have also since founds these pads cheaper also.

Good pads for a 2006 legacy GT, stop faster than OEM pads, not a lot more brake dust, if any.

...they work. But the performance part should be taken seriously...they work best warmed up...not cold.At the slalom races, my braking performance seemed to DECREASE, because these brake pads need warming up to work well. Cold braking performance seems to be worse than the factory brake pads. But you can't blame that on the brake pads...just make sure you buy the ones you need for the correct application. I'd reserve these for road racing...not slaloms.
