I've been using a DIY solution for bands - plywood board with climbing mounts for attaching carabiners. It did the job, but swapping out bands was a bit cumbersome. These mounts are perfect! not only is there a bit less stress on each band due to the design of the unit (carabiners are thin), but it's incredibly easy to insert and swap bands for each mount (we've both flat and round bands. The mounts are incredibly well made, and are very strong! Easy to install onto the wall, excellent to use - glad to have acquired them, 5 stars.

I bought these primarily for my crossover symmetry bands because I got annoyed about the connection points for them being on my power rack. These things are far more stout than I would have thought and I am super stoked with them. I now keep two crossover bands clipped in permanently and my thickest assistance band pretty much lives there now. My lats are incredibly tight so I try to spend a decent amount of time stretching them prior to doing squats otherwise the inside of my elbow gets pretty sore because I can't get into external rotation of the shoulder. When I stretch my lats I'm driving my weight down and back with a very thick band and there is not an ounce of movement from this mount. Like I said, it is STOUT!My only issue was that the metal prong was so thick that the crossover symmetry carabiner couldn't clip directly onto the prong. I had to use a bigger carabiner to clip into the anchor and then clip the crossover bands into the larger carabiner. I mark this as a negative for the crossover symmetry bands rather than this wall anchor. The thickness is needed, and it's awesome.

These make great additions for your home gym if you want to set up your own, like kind of pulley or resistance band system you can always also use it with like a yoga stretching thing contraption you can use it to hang other things too, but I’ll let you figure that one out as long as you have the right drill and so far they’ve held that quite well to multiple people using them and putting quite a bit of pressure on them so I highly !

I got both the single and dual knob versions of this. This is a very heavy duty wall hook, primarily used to attach workout resistance bands, but would also be useful as a wall hook to hold a heavy backpack (they have a claimed 800 lb capacity). The construction is substantial, a heave steel wall plate, with some very beefy hooks with knobs, that are carefully welded together, all with a very nice powder coating. You can feel the weight of these, there are no sharp edges, the finish is excellent, and they come with wood screws and expansion bolts. These are excellent. Highly recommended!

I work out very aggressively and power lift at the gym weekly. I have a great set of high pull strength bands that I use at home when I cannot go to the gym. Up to know, I have been hesitant on using my home made wall plate for chest and pack work. These wall anchors are perfect addition to my garage. I used toggle bolts drilled into the stud and these are not going anywhere. My fear of being impaled by a wall hook has faded away for these anchors are super strong and do not bend. Love them.

These are very heavy duty wall mount anchor points for your resistance band training. These are very heavy, don't drop it on your foot because they're solid steel! They provide two sets of color-matched wall mounting options, lag screws for mounting to a wooden beam, and concrete wall anchors. If you use either of these, they're never coming out of the wall.In my case, I simply couldn't mount them into the wooden beam behind the sheetrock, so I used heavy-duty metal wall anchors. I mention this only because the screws I used are chrome; if I had used the provided anchors it would have been a uniform black fixture. So far, they're working great. Absolutely no concern that they will fail. It's more likely I'd pull the house over than for these to come out of the wall!
