I bought 4 of these toilet flappers (July 2020) for my Lowes AquaSource 1.28 GPF toilets, as Hibbent claimed to have a limited lifetime warranty. Currently 2 of my toilets the flappers are leaking, tested by allowing tank to fill and then shutting of the water supply. One toilet drains down completely in less than 4 hours. They are doing the exact same thing as the original flappers. The outside of the flapper where it hits the sealing surface are cupping upwards on the outer edges and not seating fully. I have contacted them already and have heard nothing back. Hoping this negative review will get me a reply from Hibbent. Don't offer a warranty if you are not going to honor it.Update 11/01/2023 - still never heard back from Hibbent. Don't purchase these units as they are cheaply made trash. Had to replace another unit today.

I was told that I needed to order from them a Toto flapper to match my Toto toilet, but I ordered from Amazon instead and it works perfectly.

Got these in the mail and immediately (well after watching some videos on how to even change it out) put this to use. My toilet has been running just about every 5-10 minutes and was driving everyone bonkers. These work well with my Aqua Source toliet and was easy to install, even for a noob like me.

Perfect replacement for my warped toilet flapper. Here in FL, the water gets super hot just from sitting in the pipes underground, and the flappers get 'warped' from the hot water sitting in the tank. Im hoping these replacements will last longer than the 1 year the manufacture's did. Installation was super easy, turn off the water, flush, and replace. Done. The fit was perfect for my GERBER 1.28 / 4.8 and they fit 'like a glove'. very happy with the purchase so far, will update if they fail. (white in pic is old warped ones)

Works great to repair a running toilet. We found out the hard way that toilet tablets cause the rubber parts in the tank to deteriorate. We've had to replace flappers on two toilets so far, and these are a perfect fit. The material is soft and suptle compared to the old damaged one, which allows it to make a perfect seal.I do think these are generally over priced, but I haven't found a better price on a similar quality unit, so I won't dock a star on these, they are just as expensive, if not more so, at the big box stores.

3 toilets. None would "seal" when flushed. Although the prior flappers seemed fine, in desparation I bought 3 of these. Easy replace and install. "It's a miracle!" Really. 3 toilets, 100% "seal" every flush. Perfect.

I had to put 3 stars on Longevity because I just installed them, so I don't know.I have two AquaSource toilets I bought from Lowes. They are the tall oval toilets. The flappers went bad on them at the same time and they would constantly run and make noise. I bought every flapper at Wally World and checked at Lowes (which only had the same ones as Wally's) none of them fit properly. These are the perfect size and seem to work perfectly. One note, the original flappers in the toilets were made of a combination of plastic and rubber. These are all rubber and very flexible. I am somewhat concerned about the longevity. At least at this cost, it won't break the bank if I have to replace them sooner than I'd like.Don't waste your time at Wally World or Lowes. Neither place had these. Go figure, since I bought the toilets at Lowes. If you have an AquaSource toilet from Lowes, these are the flappers you need! By the way, the original flappers that came with the toilets lasted 4 years before they started to deteriorate. I live in an area with hard water.

The flapper on my toilet wore out and I wanted to make sure I got the correct flapper, so thankful this is out there. 2 flappers for less than what i get in the store, got it in the mail and had it installed before dinner time. Easy install, and now I have a back up in case it does it again.
