Complete repair kit for toilet

Not universal. It’s too small and we have a regular toilet. Husband tried to install it but had to quit after realizing this was made for a kindergartner bathroom.

got this to replace our old valve that literally disintegrated lol. it was easy to install and unlike another valve I tested, this one shuts off cleanly when the water level is reached, and doesn't leak so I can turn up the water pressure for the tank to refill quickly. I cannot overstate how satisfying the valve functions - it lets water through quickly, and abruptly cuts off when filled, without going through several phases of partial leaking. Highly recommended!

Our toilet valve was leaking and the water bill sky-rocketed! My husband used the kit to replace the entire inner workings of the toilet as it seemed like the other parts that were in working condition were deteriorating and looked over 20 years old. It was easy to switch out the old components with the new ones. The flapper fit securely and the leaking immediately stopped. It's quiet when it flushes and all of the plastic and rubber materials are well made and very durable- much better than what was in the toilet to begin with! We haven’t had any additional leaking or water running after the flush when the tank is filling up, it’s quiet when it flushes.

We had to replace our previous unit and this is a great alternative. It was very easy to install, maybe took 20 minutes. If you have never done it before it will probably take a little longer however! It seems to be good quality, and has no issues with leakage or being too loud. Great replacement product

We didn't necessarily need to replace all the inner stuff of our toilet, but it was looking corroded and gross and the flap would occasionally catch leading to a running toilet. When you endeavor to do these things, always remember something will come up, like having to replace the water valve and old brittle crinkly connectors lines. The quality of the float/fill unit is great, but I felt the flap was kind of thin and flimsy on the arms compared to the original which had plastic arms. I decided to get a better universal flap at the hardware store while I was getting the new shut off valve and line, and keep the one that came as a backup, since flaps are usually the thing to deteriorate first. Price is similar to complete sets you can get at the hardware store. and the instructions were easy to follow. All in all I recommend it, but I think the flap arms could be a little more bulky/stiff for the price.

Fill valve is all plastic and is pretty much the same as all the ones you find at the department stores. The one part I like much better than others is the fact that the water level fine adjustment twists to adjust instead of the common metal clip that slides. I prefer this when working with water in the tank during fine tuning because it can be done with one hand instead of trying to get both hands in there. The rubber hose to the top of the fill tube doesn’t have a water saver like some do. The flapper ships in a cage to retain its shape- nice touch. As with most of these imported things, the manual leaves a bit to be desired. Although I’ve installed several of these, I tend to at least look over the instructions to see if there are any “gotchas” or unique features. One section of this manual I needed to really scratch my head a bit to figure out what it was even referring to. The flush handle on this is very light, cheap plastic. Others like that have always broken or fallen off for me in the past. I’ll just keep the metal flush handle from before.

This toilet flusher replacement kit was precisely what was needed to repair a toilet that had developed a gradual leak between flushes. Installation was simple and took about 30 minutes from beginning to end. The directions were simple enough for a do-it-yourselfer, and the adjustable fill valve height allowed me to easily adapt to my current tank arrangement. The flapper is constructed of a strong, flexible rubber that feels tough and leak-resistant. The silicone seal on the fill valve appears well-engineered to prevent future leaks. This kit is best suited for tanks within a certain height range, so it’s a good idea to double-check compatibility with your setup
