I have these locking studs on multiple guitars. Great value and construction. Super easy to install and use. If you’re happy with the tailstop you have these are the ticket to hold it in place and still be able to easily set the proper height. I wish they made something like this for the bridge.

First I had to grind the shaft so they would fit into three different different Kaisch and Musiclily TOM wrap around slots.Second the design sucks, I can not separate the locking and the height adjustment, IN the TRASH.

I took a chance and lost. They are too big for my Schaller 456 Bridge ~ The Tony Iommi Old Boy. I should have returned these but didn't. The tone pros fit as they should and were a lot more expensive, maybe better.

I’ve had a few different kinds of locking studs over the years now and I think these have a unique idea in their captured screw system. Feel solid and the plating seems good.

Got these for a Squire Stratosonic that I used a Tonepros wraparound for. They fit great and work well.

So, what is the most common guitar with a stop tailpiece and metric studs that might benefit from metric locking studs? Wouldn't most say an Epiphone Les Paul, which uses studs with metric threads? Well, the diameter of the studs is too big to fit in slots of the tailpiece that came on my Epiphone Les Paul Lazarus. The studs screw perfectly into the sleeves in the body, but the tailpiece slots are too small to fit around the KAISCH locking studs. So, I sent it back for a refund. Too bad, as it seems like a good idea.On a side note, the package had obviously been opened and restapled as there were extra staple marks, and there was no hex wrench in the package. I didn't reduce the rating for that as I had a wrench, but you'd think someone might have noticed that the photo shows it comes with a wrench and there wasn't one in the package.

I have 4 Tremonti's and 2 Custom 22's with the wraparound bridge. I bought the upgraded adjustable wraparounds for them. They had a little bridge twist so I searched and found these. The bridge fits a little tight on these studs but it will fit. And once you lock them in it cured the bridge twist and made the intonation more accurate. Very nice for a low price.

These locking studs fixed a problem of a tilting wraparound bridge on my Epiphone LP Special-I. These studs are much better made than either the originals or a US made pair of studs that I had tried earlier. Be sure to use the included ferrules because they are also much better than the ones that originally came on the guitar. They even look better than the others, too.
