I placed my order on Monday. The boots arrived from Gritr on Wednesday. I live in Alaska! I've owned the Kenetrek Mountain Extremes for years. They are the best choice for rough conditions. I was interested in an "every day" boot and figured the Kenetrek quality would carry over to their hiker. Kenetrek is consistently the best boot I've ever owned. I'm in my 70's and spend little time indoors. The quality fit and finish of Kenetreks is well worth the higher cost of purchasing. The whole point is to have the ability to get there safely and comfortably. That's what these boots are all about.
