I was drawn to these meat shredder claws by their unique bear silhouette design, a welcome change from the more utilitarian look of many others. While they aren't what I would classify as heavy-duty – there is a noticeable amount of flex in the plastic when applying significant pressure, and they don't feel quite as rigid as a different brand I own – they still perform the task of shredding cooked meats effectively. They made quick work of a pork shoulder I recently prepared, and the ergonomic handle design provided a comfortable and secure grip. Cleanup was also a breeze, as they are dishwasher safe. Despite not being as robust as some alternatives, these claws offer a good balance of functionality and distinctive styling, and I anticipate getting plenty of use out of them for my BBQ endeavors.

These arrived in the nick of time for us since we had some chicken that day from the crock pot that needed to be shredded. We washed the claws and then immediately went to work with the chicken. This took hardly any time at all and within just a few minutes we had the chicken just wonderfully shredded. It was super easy.These are definitely tough and heavy duty shredder claws. They are durable plastic material and the ends are not sharp enough to really cut you but they have points. They are thick and well made shredder claws for sure.Then when done we just put them in the dishwasher and they cleaned up just fine and ready for the next time.These saved me a ton of headache and hassle and most importantly -- time. Big win here.

These are the best meat claws I have ever used. They are incredibly well-made, durable, and dishwasher safe. Shredding meat is a dream with these. The finger holes are well sized making them easy for anyone to use. I will buying an additional set as a gift in the near future.

Material - extruded plastic that has very sharp edges to easily rip meat.Feel - sturdy with integrated finger holes gives great control and comfortable to holdOverall the rippers work, although they are made out of plastic they are stiff and sturdy enough to shred pork or chicken. integrated finger holes give you good grip vs one that only has palm rests.

I can't believe I've lived without this for so long--shredding with two forks is a pain compared to this. I like that the grip has several finger holes, as it allows for different ways to hold it. The shredding worked great and got the job done quickly
