Looks like Terri pieces but is only one. Which you should only need one per leader but three picture is deceiving. I like many other customers did not receive hardware. Requested a replacement but there was a shipping issue so I never got it and they did not send a second replacement. Annoying

Didn't come with the bolts, but, due to the soft nature of the rubber material, the zip ties would be advised anyway, even if you drilled your ladder and bolted it on. I used two 175 lb rated zip ties on the outside and two smaller ones in the center. Should be good to go. The bolts would not give much support in an emergency type situation. Plus I didn't want to drill my ladder top rung. My days of trying to stay on a ladder as it moves to the side are over. Even tied with a rope it is scarry. I have lived to tell others not to try it. GET A Pole/Tree bracket on your ladder.

It's OK and does make working on a utility pole more secure. I attached it to my little giant ladder which required me to add a filler piece (a piece or wood) since the product is made for ladders with thicker rungs.

The size picture does not have the DEPTH OF THE GROOVE (slightly less than the overall thickness). It only shows 1.57in for the flat part of a rung.Square rungs are best and it looks like round rungs will also work. My ladder has D-shaped rungs. I flattened the top rung to fit and added 2 more bolts for strength (and to not step on it).The technical details says Package Dimensions 10.98x8.5x3.03 which makes no sense unless that's the box it comes in.
