Compatibility
- Extension ladder rope & pulley kit replacement part compatible with Werner ladder rope 40 ft, 36 ft, 32 ft, 28 ft, 24 ft, 20ft, 18ft, and 16ft Extension Ladders.
- For the shorter ladders simply cut down the rope to fit the ladder size you have.
Easy Installation

The extension ladder pulley kit is easy to install
1.Thread the machine screw through one end of the bendable rung bracket and through the pulley assembly before coming out of the other end of the rung bracket.

Then, a lock nut is located at the bottom end of the machine screw, and the lock nut is tightened enough with a wrench to hold everything in place.

NOTE : During installation, it is recommended to wear gloves to protect your hands.
NOTE
- This package contains a Werner 31-12 Pulley and a Werner AC30-2 Rope. It will work on all Werner Extension Ladders, and most other brands as well. Replace your broken pulley and update your old rope at the same time to have your ladder work like new.

Nylon pulley does not turn (pinched in too tight by rivet). We chose this particular rope & pulley kit because its material was supposed to be stainless steel --- which it isn't. (It's aluminum, like the cheaper options out there.)

Installed in about 20 minutes on a non-Werner brand ladder. Took a few minutes to remove the broken pulley and replacing it with the new one.Having the right tools helped.

Rope was frayed more than I expect it to be new. I donโt know my ropes, but this seems cheap.
