My laptop keeps giving me a message that I need to use the correct charger. I am using the charger it came with. I can only use it u plugged for maybe and hour or 2 at the most. This doesn’t seem right.

I love the size of this laptop--not too small, not too big. Works great to take on RV trips and flights so I can still be productive without the extra weight.Great value as a refurbished machine. There were no scratches/dents. But the microphone never worked well (my zoom students tell me I was breaking up all the time) and the camera blows out with white (angels?) about every 45 minutes or so.

I'm super picky and took months trying to find a product I would like. I'm running Photoshop on it, so yes it is perfect for that. I run office programs, editing programs ets. This is not giving me one issue. If I had to pick one thing that concerns me slightly... It does get hot...could be normal this is my first two in one so it could be normal for these products. To be safe I bought the extra warranty. I am also getting a matte screen protector .... As for memory and power...five star. Runs everything perfectly, stylus is not my favorite but that is me and I'm always bumping the erase button lol. Maybe I'll paint them different colors and pay more attention. That is not a problem with the machine just a me problem that someone else might share :). Great choice for artists, photo editors, creatives and office personnel.

The Packaging was great I was impressed. That is the good. The power supply did not work at all so I had to pick up another one to even try the device out. The specs of what I received did not match the listing. The listing says an I7 chip this one was an I5. The Hard drive says 1TB this drive was 500 Gig. The Stylus will not come out of its holder. Lots of scuffs and scratches along with lots of sticky stuff on the device. This was supposed to be in excellent condition. I would hate to see what good condition is. I have returned the device and I am impatiently waiting for my refund. If the device would have been what I ordered I might have overlooked some of the other stuff but dang it is not what I ordered. Not in the correct condition and was shipped with non-working parts.

Arrived in perfect condition and works beautifully! I love it so much I carry it around with me and use it daily. I love the touchscreen feature and the ability to bend the screen backwards to create an tablet feel. My only critique is that the Ctrl and Fn keys are switched for some reason, which is hard to get used to. Even so, I'm normally using an external keyboard so it's not much of an issue.

I was hesitant to purchase a laptop from a few years ago, let alone a refurbished one but I'm glad I took the plunge because this laptop is everything I needed. Pen works great for drawing, laptop itself is very fast and handles clip studio paint no problem. Also runs sims 4 with no issues either. Refurbished device itself was very clean, can hardly tell if it was ever used. I will say the red mouse nub did come off on mine and would not stay attached, but it wasn't anything that superglue couldn't fix. Works just as expected even with a little glue. Overall extremely pleased with my purchase so far!
