they're kind of cheaply made but also they aren't very expensive so you get what you pay for. The kids love pretending with them so I wish I could give them 4.5 stars. Good (enough) product

These swords are great value. Two attach together very well and sturdy. They make sounds and change colors. I was selling these at a festival and they were hot! I highly recommend.

Seriously, no other review mentions how insanely loud these are? At a hearing damaging level? My ears are actually ringing after turning this thing on.I'm returning them just for that. The speaker has 0 dampener and is completely exposed inside the end of the handle. Pic shows the speakers location. And I didn't take anything off of it, it came this way.

This is a pretty standard set of lightsabers. They extend and collapse, they light up, they have sound effects. That's pretty much it. Nothing super special, but they aren't crap either. They're lightweight, so not good for dueling or anything. However, these are great to send the kids outside with to play, even at night. They're also great at parties. We do a lot of family friendly parties, and it's pretty normal to see adults using foam swords and inexpensive light sabers to duel 6-11 year-olds in our driveway, since it's so wide. It's pretty much a tradition, so we keep a case of foam swords in the garage and a case of lightsabers. These are a really good price, so they're great to keep ready for upcoming parties. I'm sure that we'll have a few Jedi and Sith Lords at our upcoming Halloween party, so these will get plenty of use. I feel like they're pretty durable for fun times.Great for a themed party or just because. I'd buy again.

My kids absolutely love these light sabers. They have not asked for screen time because they have been so busy playing with these light sabers non-stop since they arrived. Usually, they really like the idea of a toy, but once they have it, they are bored of it very quickly. These really have been great for pretend play and have really sparked my kid's imaginations.I was impressed with the different modes. There is a mode where the light saber has music, one with the sword sounds, and most importantly a silent mode. I really appreciate the silent mode because I don't want the kids to have to put the light sabers away, but sometimes all the noise is too much. The light sabers change colors, which my kids loved. They pretend to be different characters depending on the color of the saber. The quality of the sabers was better than I expected. They seem to be holding up well to my kids pretend saber fights and few short falls.

you get three two packs of sabers. they all require batteries (which arent included). the "blade" is collapsible, and you can connect two of them to have a dual sided saber. the quality isnt quite what i was expecting to get... even the kids were a little let down when they saw them. maybe theyre better as props for a costume or cosplay, but as a regular set of toys, not so much.

You get what you pay for. I should know by now if the price is too good to be true I need to look elsewhere. I bought them for my grandkids but disappointed in the quality and performance. It’s nice that you can turn the sound off but every time you tap them they change colors and the sound comes back on. The kids didn’t like that……they wanted to choose a color and it stay the color they choose instead of cycling through all the colors and sounds. Also had to keep reminding them not to hit too hard so they wouldn’t break them. Needless to say I had to buy different ones for their costumes.
