This tool is exactly what I needed for my Polaris Ranger, which takes a serious beating while off-roading. It made the job much easier and saved me a lot of hassle.After removing the retaining plate, the tool effortlessly pulled the old ball joint out of the shock strut. The hardest part was actually removing the ball joint from the control arm—but that’s just part of the process.While it’s recommended to remove the shock strut and work on a bench, I had no problem replacing the ball joint with the strut still on the Ranger.I can’t imagine attempting this job without this tool. Plus, the included ball joints, retaining plates, and screws make this an incredible deal. Highly recommended!

Very easy to install. The price is cheaper than I found anywhere else. Seems like they would last a while. Takes about 40 minutes to install well worth it.
