I wish I knew about this product sooner. No more trudging through the snow and cold to check the propane level in the tank. This works great using its phone app!Takes a bit of mobility to attach the unit under the tank and to get it set up properly with the antenna that goes on top of the tank. If you have mobility issues you will probably need someone more limber to set it up for you. I hope the batteries (that go in the unit under the tank ) last a long time because I'm not getting any younger and flexible.

Because the sensor is underneath my 1000 gallon propane tank, and my cabin is in northern Wisconsin where in a normal winter they have 4 feet of snow on the ground at any one time, the antenna is a must. I have a 5 foot piece of angle iron driven into the ground by the tank. The antenna is sitting proudly on top of it. It should stay above the snow all the time. I wish the cable was about 2 feet longer though.

Does what it is advertised to do. This extends the range of operation quite a bit. I can now use my app to check on my propane tank for at least 50 yards. Maybe further but I haven’t measured the distance. I am pleased with my purchase.
