I love the fan! It has so many light options and fan strength options! It did need a replacement light but I gotta say The person who handled my emails at customer service was so incredibly nice and answered each email practically immediately! They helped me with figuring out what was wrong and getting the part to me and even sent out a replacement remote and transmitter when I discovered my dog ate my remote while I was putting stuff away. Thank you so much for all your help and support!

This fan/light ñasted two years and then burned out with zero product support to turn to. "Product support" is just instructions to reset your home's circuit breaker. All of that tine and effort installing this piece of crap amd now I have to do it all over again.

We have not had any problems with this fan since we ordered it. It has several light modes and speeds for the fan. The design is very modern and we always get compliments. We recently had to replace the light strip and customer service quickly shipped out a replacement light strip. Changing it out was a breeze.

This is by far my favorite ceiling fan in our house! I have had it for three year now and get lots of compliments on the look of it. The ceiling fan part puts out lots of air and the light is bright. The light bulb inside died this week, so I reached out to the company. They provided wonderful customer service and sent me a replacement light strip quickly. I highly recommend this product and company!

Especially like the 3 different light levels. Nice looking compact design. Great customer service! Two of the light settings stopped working after 9 months. Contacted customer service and they quickly sent out a replacement light strip (free of charge) which was simple to install and corrected the problem. It may not be readily apparent but if you connect the fixture to a wall switch then every time you turn on/off the switch it selects 1 of 3 intensities which is a very handy feature. This is a really nice fan for the money. I Receive a ton of compliments on it when Family and friends see it in action, they think it’s cool fan and so do I.The one downfall on this fan is when setting on one it should be the slowest setting it’s not very slow. I’d really like to see this in a light spin just to circulate the air. But it doesn’t have that option. All six settings are pretty fast.

J'adore cette lumière. Les palmes du ventilateur ce ferme/range sur le dessus. Elle est très belle et fonctionne a merveille. Elle a une manette de contrôle. Vous pouvez choisir plusieurs intensité et sorte d'éclairage. Je vous la recommande.
