These are nearly identical to the OEM probes on my temperature thermometer. The length of the cord is just slightly longer and the probe itself is a little longer. Otherwise, they appear to be the same with the same plug for the unit. I plugged in an OEM probe and one of these Coforu brand probes and they both registered the same temperature side by side. For the low price, it is a win-win for me and I highly recommend them.

The H5198 uses a 3.5mm M plug and these probes have a 2.5mm male plug so to make it work, I also bought this 2 pack of adapters (or any similar 2.5mm Female to 3.5mm Male adapter plug): https://a.co/d/1DgIW1bWith the adapter, these probes and the original Govee probes accurately report the same temperature. The functionality is exactly the same. The build quality also seems to be very similar although they are not identical, these probes are a bit longer than the Govee probes.Govee has their own replacement probes but it is nice to have multiple options.
