As the title says, I bought these to help secure the new tire chains I bought for my truck. They are the perfect size and very easy to install. The peace of mind that they add is more than worth the price.

The bungee cords were the perfect length for my needs. They seem to be of good quality and quite heavy duty. They are being used outside in an area with full sun. Time will tell if they last or not.

They aren't as thick or strong as most. Too stretchy.Update: the hooks on the ends straighten out and the rubber snaps. Useless.

I was tired of the newer round and cloth covered bungee cords dry rotting in no time and breaking or losing the elastic stretch. These are REAL rubber with quality metal hooks. I've not have them very long yet and have some stored in my truck and some in the garage. So I'm anxious to see how the ones in the truck hold up while being exposed to temperature extremes. These look, feel and stretch like real rubber (vs some plastic-like synthetic imposter) so I'm hoping to get many years of use out of them as occasions to secure things in the bed of my truck, or on a utility trailer, arise.
