These were easy to put on and worked really well in the snow that I went through in Montana. I would highly recommend these to anyone who has to drive through a lot of snow.

I have not triedthem in snow or ice yet. I wish I had purchases them earlier since a major storm stranded me in m own driveway for days. The are obviously well made. Not plastic nor flimsy. The winter is just started.

These chains come with all you need including gloves and a carry bag. They are designed well to make it easy to take on and off. I always dreaded trying to get out of my driveway in ice and snow. These do the trick.

Bought these last year and finally used them during the recent unprecedented snowstorm here on the West Coast, I am not an experience snow driver, and I’ve never put on chains before but I was able to put these on in a snowbank in the dark with 60 mile an hour wind gusts and just with the instructions and the simple tool.I was struggling in the ice and snow thinking that I needed to review these because it’s so freaking easy! If you need to buy snow chains for your car, this is the one to purchase. I’m going to buy a second back up pair.

We used them in Yosemite during winter. Clip was constantly moving, making us stop the car very often to make sure that is not under the tire (didn't mather how tight we pulled it, clips were getting loose during the drive). One time we had no place to stop, the clip rolled under the tire and gave us flat on icy road. They are easy to put on and work well in very icy conditions if only the clip would stay in place. We returned them used after our trip and huge thank you to the customer service as we got our money back!

Great fit on LT265/60R20’s, GMC Sierra 1500. Haven’t had to use yet, but the construction seems to be of very high quality and I believe they will perform well.

I didnt see much for detailed reviews so here are my observations. Experience has taught me to stay away from the cheap import vehicle items, expecially traction and deivetrain related stuff so I was skeptic. That said, I needed chains for 37/12.5 R17 tires but didnt want to spend $ for good ones at the time. These fit great but this is about the biggest tire they will go on (width and height). I got stuck in some snow and ice with 4wd and lockers not working. I decided to try these before airing down or digging out for traction pads (or both). They go on really quick and they held up. I was getting on the throttle pretty good to get unstuck and had a mile or two more on them after. I was dug in with over a foot of snow and down to dirt trying to rock it out. The two I installed on each tire are still usable. Removing them is simple, like a minute or two with almost no effort simple. These are not as sturdy or good as quality full chains but for the money, they are a pretty solid product. I also like that if they break the chain sections are shorter and the strap would be the weakest point. They more than likely would just come off or they have shorter chain pieces so they would not tear up my rigs as much or at all as normal chains or cables if they break and flop around. Note, This is for my application and I am only speaking for the rigs I would use them on that have lifts and large tires. They could still cause a lot of damage on my subaru for example. I will not be using these with it. I will spend the extra money for socks on this if needed.I have a few simple recommendations if you buy this product. The gloves are garbage, thrown them away. Get decent grippy winter gloves to use (I keep knit mechanix winter gloves in my rig). Also, you have to get them tight. If I was going any amount of miles I will roll over them and retighten them with them under the tire and the vehicles weight on them. One of mine was just slightly loose, probably 1 click from not turning any more at around 30 psi in the tire. The plastic side protector broke away and shifted leaving one side of metal contacting my tire. It did not cause any damage but I will put something between these and the tires in the future. Lastly, get a flat head screwdriver to take them off. The little wrench thing forked end wanted to slip off the tab. I had a flat head screwdriver handy and it made it even quicker. Not hard or dangerous, just annoying.
