I got these straps for my skis, and so far they have been working great. The straps are super easy to put on and hold my skis together very well. They are also very simple to take off, which is nice when I have on gloves.

The strap material is substandard; it fractured and failed within a year of use. Avoid purchase, regardless of price point.
