Would have given them a 5 star review if they had markings on the handle for the density of the nylon netting. We had to guess which one is which and mark it. Otherwise very sturdy and perfect for your projects . I bought it for kefir making at home.

Very, very nice strainers! Great quality, size and functionality. Thank you!As others have written, it would be great if these strainers were labeled with their sizes. Since other reviewers forewarned, I used a marker to write the sizes on the handles. Hope to find a way to permanently label them.

Knowing the viscosity of the liquid you are filtering will help. If it is thick, like chicken soup, the 100 micron will do the job. The others will require the patience of Job to finish draining.As the cop said to the tourist who asked, "How do I get to Carnegie Hall?" The cop said, "Practice, practice, practice!"

These were exactly what I needed to strain home made amaro. The strainers came in four graduated mesh sizes and are easy to clean and durable. I would definitely buy them again.

I didn't care for the strainers. I'm making Kefir milk and it the milk mixture wouldn't strain through.
