Overall these are decent cables as far as there durability I’m not sure yet but they do work as intended and that’s good enough for me at the moment. The price was good as well

These fit well in the sockets and perform at 2.5Gbs speeds. Because they are flat I think they are stiffer than the round ones, but don't get tangled up. The white color and flat style make it easy not to mis them up with older ethernet cables with lower specs.

I got my wires today they are absolutely wonderful you can tell they're made high quality and the speed on them and connectivity is great I haven't had one issue so far and I don't think I will this is an awesome Buy for the price.

Was time to replace precious cables, which after some use, plugging and unplugging results in plastic clips breaking and connection becoming unstable or non-existent. Maybe at some point someone will develop aluminium clips instead of plastic.

I bought these to replace CAT5 cables. I picked these specifically after some research and comparison of other similar cables. I found these cables to be sturdy, flexible enough for the application I needed, and easy to connect. Cat 8 cables are top of the line cables at this time and these are very affordable and just the right length at 6 feet. I learned from the enclosed information that these are backward compatible with devices that have an RJ 45 port, or regardless of stated transfer speeds. I particularly like the 50 µm gold plated contacts. I purchased these because I bought a new router, and I just had fiber installed. The previous router was a gigabit router but with the cat 5 cable that was available when I purchased that one. I was only getting 250 Mbps through it, but my ISP was supposedly providing symmetrical 600 Mbps through fiber. I swapped out the old router for the new router on the same old cable and still was only getting 250 Mbps, and still not symmetrical. After I swapped in the cat eight cable with the fiber modem and new router I was getting up to 4.5% greater throughput than the ISP’s rated speed of 600 Mbps. Symmetrical meaning the same speed download and the same speed upload. These cables made a huge difference in the speed test. So get rid of your cat 5 cables they’re holding you back. And right now these are priced just right. I highly recommend them.
