Came in looking ok. Once I took a look none of the curved scoops are set or ground to a proper profile. The v knife has burn marks and chipping from poor prep work. The "leather" holder is really poor quality that stuck to all but 4. I did not expect super high quality but I did expect some level of workmanship to the edges not just a quick grind on a high speed grinder. Not sure if they even have a proper temper but I do some sharpening on 1 and it took and edge just don't know for how long. Glad I used a gift card for the purchase.
