Highly recommend. We used this knife recently for a prime rib roast. Worked great. Amazing value and knife comes super sharp and ready to use. I'm sure it will need a touch up and sharpening as we use it more, but that's all just normal knife maintenance.

Well undervalued, sharpened on a whet stone before use, use it several times a week and it holds its edge well.

This knive was so dull,it could not even cut a peice of paper. To me it was a waste of money. My butter knive was sharper then this peice of crap. Dont buy this knive.

It's $20. It's a 14" blade. It's a slicing knife. Have only used to cut off rib eyes and slice pork belly but preformed well on both. Glad I didn't just spend the extra money for higher priced knife just because this was cheaper. Came sharp enough to cut but a little steel and it has a razor edge.

Good knife.. had a couple small nicks in the edge when it arrived. did a quick sharpen on a wet stone and good to go.

Hope you see in pictures the wavy edge where it was sharpened . It is not very smooth, bottom line I have a bad feeling about this knife , that being said, I'm going with my gut instinct and returning it ..

I have never had a knife like this. It came incredibly sharp and just in time for Thanksgiving. I carved the turkey and ham in a matter of minutes. I also used it to cut pineapple and other large fruits effortlessly. Well made and still sharp. It's a good buy.

Very disappointed, I bought this for my father in law. I paid nearly $90 CAD for it and was expecting a much higher quality. It was packaged terribly, with not even a cheap sheath, it was cardboard. Will not buy from Columdia cutlery again

This thing is large and extremely sharp! We broke down and got this knife because we couldn’t get decent cuts on our brisket. This is the best knife ever. Very little effort and nice cuts every time!
