This model is end of sale as native Teams phones (based on Android) and soon will be end of support. A direct replacement is C455HD or C470HD.However the phone can be converted to open SIP and then it will be an excellent Zoom phone. It also can be used with Teams as a basic common area phone via Microsoft SIP Gateway service. Please call AudioCodes support line and ask for phone PoC engineer contact info and I will help you.

Not sure if this thing is garbage or if it's just rendered that way through a tag team effort by Microsoft and our IT dept, but every couple months when I'm forced to change my Windows password, I literally have to spend half a day (sometimes a week) trying to reauthorize this phone. And it's pretty much a paperweight until it does log you in. Can't even use it make emergency calls until it has reconnected to your Microsoft account.

We have it at work, the buttons are small to type on the screen when looking up a name and there's icons you have no clue what they do. A phone symbol with a P next to it, what does that do? A phone with a plus sign, what does that do? You transfer a call and a bunch of hold messages come up not telling you if the call was transferred, it just hangs up. Overpriced nonsense is what you get.
