Slides ready for scanning… but stop! Came with an incompatible SD card!! Apparently this is a repeat problem judging by other reviews. I can’t wait to use this machine but it will have to wait. Can’t give 5 stars yet

Items comes with a 64 GB SD card that is not usuable on this machine. Be sure you have a 32 GB SD card.

First one I ordered I ran 150 negatives thru it. It is easy to use. However when I was looking at my prints on my computer and adjusting for light and color (which it badly needed), I noticed hair and lint on every one. Lint was inside the slide scanner and not on my negatives. I could find no way to clean it out so I sent it back and ordered a new one. It's been a month and the new one was never delivered. Trying to get a refund right now, but no luck yet. Since it's not sold by Amazon, you must deal with the store for refunds. I can update to let you know how difficult or good they are.

The scanner seems fine, but I haven't been able to convert any slides or negatives because the scanner was shipped with an incompatible card - a 64GB SDXC card. The user manual expressly states that SDXC cards are not compatible with the scanner, and SD and SDHC cards (which are compatible) are subject to a 32 GB limit. Why send incompatible gear??

I’m scanning old negatives and slides to share with my grown children and this is the easiest thing I’ve used. The picture quality is excellent!
