Bought this cause I work on houses and was hoping this would help while painting the house and so forth it’s not really sturdy. And the instructions weren’t very clear got a few of them wrong. It does what I need it too do but overall not sturdy. It moves a little to much when I have it inclined against the siding of the house.

nice, sturdy metal. does not feel like it will slip or break. comes with everything needed to use, except the ladder of course. feels good in action. feel much safer myself when going up an extension ladder now, as i am one that hates height and especially wobbly feeling ladders.

My first impression wasn’t good as I opened the package to find a lack of instructions. Yes, they offer some guidance on the product images but it doesn’t provide clarity in little things like putting a washer next to the bolt head. With that said, this product is heavy duty. In fact, after I mounted to my ladder, I found it difficult to lift to my high wall. To be transparent, my ladder is missing a few parts, so newer ladders may be lighter or easier to navigate but with the use of heavy metal materials, you add several pounds to the end of the ladder.I liked that the design keeps the ladder off my siding, especially since it is aged and brittle. I was a bit confused as to why the black support tips that came with the product didn’t lie against my wall. Perhaps I didn’t have them on right (instructions would help.)Overall, I think it’s a solid product but I hesitate recommending it with 5 stars without any clear instructions on how to assemble and use. Especially when it comes to safety.

Well built, makes a ladder very secure for roof work. it is ideal for roof work to keep the ladder off the gutter. However, it can limit the ladder for ready access when doing work on a walls i.e. accessing windows and or wall AC units.
