I love this smaller size for cooking something small in my air fryer. It’s stainless steel which is healthier for cooking compared to non-stick.

I needed a steaming rack to prepare cooked rice. I was setting a 1/2 cup serving of the leftover rice at the bottom of a cooking pot on high heat for five minutes. It worked, but the process was clumsy.These racks fit the pot perfectly (lucky break). Now I just fill the pot up to the rack and when the water comes to a boil, I place the bowl on top. In five minutes, the rice is ready.Note: The product info claims the product is made of “food grade stainless steel” which is another positive.

Wanted to be able to steam my own veggies in my small pot because I don’t own an actual steamer and these work great. I also use them for my hot pans when I need to move them off the stove. And I’ve used them as a cooling rack base, I just place a roasting rack on top of them and I have an instant cooling rack for bread.
