It works as you would expect. But there is one shortcoming - the ground screw is impossible to use with a standard 14awg ground. You need to attach a spade or an oring to your grounding wire to make it fit. Once you do so, assembly is a breeze. If you need to assemble flush with a junction box, use a one sided conduit nipple with a 1/2 thread on one side. I assembled 9 of these this way in series.
