I used the product to move a washer and dryer set. I purchased the straps in anticipation of needing to use them to move the set. After first use we noticed the straps starting to tear. We were able to complete the job, but will not be purchasing these straps again- definitely will be finding a better quality brand.

We were actually able to move our washing machine with this. My husband was surprised that I was able to lift my side no problem. Our laundry room is small. We worked within very tight quarters, and I had to lift the washing machine up onto the pedestal. Happy to say it worked very easily.

We originally bought these for a cross country move, and they were a lifesaver. But we have found them equally useful for more frequent use, like when we got a new mattress, or decided to put the old couch in the basement when we got a new one. They are easy to use and have stood up well to multiple uses.

I haven't needed to use these a lot but they've worked perfectly every time I needed them. Couldn't have gotten the new fridge in my house with out them.

The instructions were kind of vague. the straps slipped a little bit while moving. But we were able to move a piece of furniture up couple of flights of stairs without hurting our backs. I would call that a success. I highly recommend having these available for moving heavy things.

My son and I used this to move a very heavy washing machine. We used both the shoulder harness and the forearm method, and both were much easier than trying to move without the straps. They are especially helpful for heavy items that also have no good grip areas. I'm happy with my purchase.Also, note that the newer version I received has the closed-loop metal bracket, not the one that's open where you slide the strap in. Although this takes a little longer to attach, it's a much stronger bracket.

Was looking for a convenient way to move my fridge from my apartment and stumbled on this product, took the straps out of the package and that was when the confusion began, I had no idea about what was meant to be what because the instruction were not clear and ended not even using the strapsGave a 3 star cause although it was a good product really wish the instruction were clear on how to set up and use

I ordered the straps because I had to move a refrigerator from the kitchen to outside for deep cleaning. Also in the near future we will have to move a washer and dryer, so this was a test of sorts. After watching the short video it was easy to set them up and lift the refrigerator out of the kitchen without marring the floor and without the problems of using a dolly. VERY easy to move a heavy piece of equipment through tight spaces. The cost of the straps is very fair for the product delivered. With a load limit of 800 pounds, this is a great deal for home use.
